AMT is technology-driven company looking to partner with customer-driven organizations. The Opportunity is such that demand for organic fertilizers like Organic Gem Liquid Fish Fertilizer is growing 25 - 55 % per year in certain verticals. AMT's competitive advantage is threefold:

AMT is looking for three levels of partners. The description and criteria are as follows:
Dealers sell directly to end-users. Customers include farms, golf superintendents, landscapers, vineyards, homeowners, etc. The criteria we look for are:
- Strength of selling activities
- Breadth of marketing (including website)
- Proximity to your customer base
- After-sale service
Distributors sell to other Dealers and to end-users. In addition to the above criteria, AMT seeks:
- Solid financial stability
- Adequate market feedback (to prompt product innovation)
- Ability to provide credit and financing terms to end-users
Franchisees sell to other Dealers and to end-users in specific verticals in exclusive geographic areas. There are a limited number of Franchises available. In addition to the above criteria, we look for:
- Performance-based organizations expecting rewards when goals are obtained
- Ability to make committed investments to growing the Organic Gem® brand
